Can I return or exchange the goods? Until when and how can I return the goods?
The goods can only be returned within fourteen days of receiving them. For returns, we have a return form on our e-shop, which you log in using the order number and the e-mail associated with it. Then follow the instructions that will be displayed after its completion.
To which address should the goods be sent?
You will receive all instructions for returns, including the address, by e-mail after filling out the form on our e-shop. Return link HERE.
What size should you choose?
There is a size chart for each item, which the customer should follow. Most of our customers are usually one size smaller with our brand than with other manufacturers. However, the best way to determine the size is the size chart.
When do you ship the goods from the creation of the order and how long does the transport take?
All orders placed before seven o'clock in the morning are dispatched the same (working) day.
At that moment, delivery is already up to the transport company. As a rule, carriers deliver shipments in 1-2 working days during normal operation.
Do you have size XY in stock?
Only the sizes you currently see on the e-shop are available.
How to claim damaged goods?
In the event of a defect, please send the goods together with the completed complaint form back to our address for assessment. We recommend keeping the delivery slip from the delivery person for possible complaints, e.g. lost shipment or payment of costs associated with the return of goods in the event of a recognized complaint.
Can you place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we can not. Orders are accepted only through the e-shop.
